Shipping And ORDERING

We ship to all parts of the world! Simply add your items to the Cart and let Auspost do the shipping calculations.

All orders are shipped/fulfilled once a week on a Wednesday (unless its a *PRE-ORDER). Once shipped/fulfilled, shipping transit times can be 2-5 business days Domestically (Australia) and 15+ business days Internationally (Rest of the world).

Tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order can be fulfilled.

We use Auspost for all our shipping, you can track your item via their website

* PRE-ORDER SHIPPING TIMES If you have purchased additional merchandise on the same order as a PRE-ORDER, The entire order will be put on hold until the PRE-ORDER item is ready to be shipped.

Yes, you can as long as you email us straight away. Please email Managment@inheartswake.com with your order number, full name and new address to that you would like it to be sent to.

When shipping pre-orders alongside available items, we ship the entire order along with the pre-order item when the pre-order becomes available. This is due to only one shipping cost being incurred on the order placed. 

If you would like your available items sooner, it is recommended to place two separate orders with the pre-order item in question placed on its own.

Returns and exchanges

If you are wanting to exchange your product because you picked the wrong size please email within 14 Days of receiving the product.

If the product and size are still available, we can look into setting up a return shipment which will come at your cost. Additionally, we will have to charge for shipping and handling to get the product sent back to you.

Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange products in a change of mind case or the incorrect size was purchased. 

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

We only refund or exchange products that are defective or that the incorrect product or size has been sent.

Mistakes happen and if you have received an incorrect item in your order please email us straight away.
